Hope is the Founder & Managing Member of MiL Engineers.
An experienced professional, his career boasts over 25 years in technical and leadership roles, in the private and public sectors, across diverse industries (engineering & construction, chemicals, transportation) serving at some of the most successful brands in these spaces including Group5, Fraser Alaxander, Steffanutti, Foskor and Transnet.
A professional entrepreneur that believes in service and high standards, Hope has built MiL Engineers on a foundation of excellence and value, all of which have delivered the remarkable growth the firm has realised since incorporation.
A progressive leader that believes in people and thus in creation of meaningful opportunities so that people can reach their potential while enabling clients to reach theirs.
A staunch believer in continuous development, Hope continues to broaden his knowledge and his value through ongoing studies, encouraging and enabling others within his sphere of influence to do the same.
